Who I am:

I currently reside in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I graduated from Bemidji State University in May of 2007 with a major in Business Administration and minor in Political Science.

I grew up in Pine River, Minnesota which is a small town with a population of approximately 1,000 people located approximately 30 miles north of Brainerd. I graduated from Pine River-Backus High School in 2003.

I'm a huge railfan, and was a railfan before I even knew what that was. I enjoy going out and taking pictures of trains. I enjoy model trains (O & HO scales) as well. This is more than a hobby for me, this is a passion. I frequently get asked, "why do you like trains so much?". The best answer I can provide is that I don't honestly know. Trains have always fascinated me. The size, power, sound and feel of a train as it passes you intrigues me. Trains have always had a place in my life and probably always will.

About my site:

My website is online to share my favorite rail related images with my visitors. I don't make any money off of my pictures, I simply post them so that other railfans have the opportunity to view them all over the world.

The galleries (sorted by railroad) contain what I feel are my best pictures. I strive to update my site on a regular basis.

*Update* After much though I have decided to change some of the formatting on my website. What you will notice is how the images are displayed within the galleries. Beginning November 15, 2009 the transition from hosting all of my images via my web host to linking photos from my Flickr account has officially begun. As always, thanks for stopping by!
